The world of work has changed significantly over the past 5 – 10 years and we have managed to adapt by simply working longer and harder. At Sony we do not believe that this is sustainable and have been looking at ways to re-establish a balance in our working lives. We truly believe that this will help us to improve our ability as a company to recruit and retain the best talent.

Health and Well being, especially for those of us who work shifts was the start of our culture change programme. We wanted to know how we could increase energy levels not the amount of time we sit at our desk. Tracy was instrumental in opening our eyes to the importance of breakfast and the food we eat. The benefit of working in 90 to 120 minutes intervals. The work she did with our staff gave them hint, tips and some useful tools and advise on how they could increase / start to exercise and relax, improving their fitness, mood and effectiveness in the workplace.

After consulting many experts in the field, Amy Redler’s name appeared in our Best Alternative Practitioners in London guide (she was recommended by a number of top people in the business). Many of her ‘fans’ cited the fact that she ‘is an excellent teacher, and has a sensibility beyond her years’. I can confirm that, having been taught yoga by Amy for the past two years. She is an extremely articulate and intelligent young woman, who has a passion-and an ambition – to be the best in her field. I could not recommend her more highly, both professionally and on a more personal level as a one-to one teacher.

Tracy captivated my 200-strong conference audience with her energetic ‘Being at your Best’ session. It was upbeat, energizing and full of practical tips about how we can all manage our stress and increase our performance both in and out of work. We also loved Amy’s session on stress management where she took us through relaxation techniques and yoga postures. It was a perfect start to the day after a rather late night and many of the delegates remarked how much they had enjoyed the session.
