What We Offer

We can deliver a range of different solutions tailored to your specific needs – from a 2-hour conference slot to a more comprehensive programme delivered over a longer time-frame. To give you an indication of what that could look like – we have detailed some different options below:

Foundation Session

This introductory session is about understanding the link between pressure, stress and performance.  We explore the science behind stress; look at tactics for managing pressure - such as positive thinking, nutrition, rest and relaxation, self-massage and exercise.  Participants come away with a set of practical tools to manage their stress and increase their performance. Sessions can range from a 2-hour conference slot, to half or one day workshops.

Programme (4-6 months)

Participants are given the chance to explore the tools and techniques in more depth. Regular sessions are run weekly/monthly, each one with a different focus – e.g. eating to beat stress or self-massage techniques. We can also offer on-site pilates/stretching classes and Thai Yoga Massage. Telephone coaching can also be offered as a follow up.

Integrated Programme (9-12 months)

As above, plus working with your Occupational Health Department to will tailor–make a programme that addresses the specific needs of your business. Organisational Changes can be tracked through Employee Survey results.
