She was named one of London’s best complementary health practitioners in The London Evening Standard, and her work has been quoted and acknowledged by the media over the past 10 years, appearing in numerous publications such as The Sunday Times; Vogue; The Scotsman on Sunday and London¹s Time Out. From December 07 she will write a weekly column for the Scotsman on Sunday and has acted as a consultant for PR Companies (Dowal Walker and Blossom consultants) and the Calmia boutique in Harrods. She is a regular speaker at the Vitality show in London and has also appeared on Breakfast TV. Her corporate clients include Sony, CCSons and Ebookers as well as charities. In addition to conducting stress-management workshops, on-site massage and classes for corporate clients, she works for the Scottish Government and has worked for heath spas such as Mar Hall and Champneys. Teaching throughout the UK, Amy’s work also takes her overseas as she regularly runs teacher-training courses in Thailand and organizes Yoga and Pilates holidays abroad. Tracy Gunn
Tracy left M&S in 2005 and since then has worked with a wide variety of clients including Arcadia Group, AXA Investment Managers, BP, English Nature, GSK, Merrill Lynch, Ofsted, Saab and Sony. She is also a Coach with The Mind Gym. In addition to leadership and communication skills she also works with people to help them ‘Be at their Best’. Taking a practical approach to manage stress and promote wellbeing, Tracy encourages individuals to consider the impact their diet, stress levels and lifestyle has on their performance in and out of work. She is qualified in Nutritional Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage and has studied Anatomy & Physiology. |
Amy is a health and well being expert with over 15 year’s experience of working with individuals and organizations. She has studied extensively in Thailand and India and founded the Metta College of Thai Yoga Massage in 1999 where she runs professional Diploma training courses in Massage (www.yogamassage.co.uk). She is also a Yoga and Pilates teacher.
Tracy began her career in Retail after graduating with a first in Business Studies. During her 8 years with Marks & Spencer she managed teams of up to 100 people and business units with a turnover of £5million per annum before moving to Head Office were she headed up the Leadership & Management Development Team.
